Top Ten Tuesday

First things first, as I was going through my TBR I realized I own WAY too many books that I want to read and haven’t touched yet, in fact I forgot I owned half of them. That’s a disaster and I really need to get focused on this!  So anyway, these are ten that I REALLY want to read but don’t own yet…

After I Do  The Lovely and the Lost  The Silent Wife  White Hot Kiss  Dangerous Boys
1. After I Do by Taylor Jenkins Reid
*Taylor Jenkins Reid has been getting a lot of buzz around the blogosphere lately, and both of her books really catch my interest but this one the most of the two. It sounds so interesting and I can’t wait to pick it up!
2. The Lovely and the Lost by Page Morgan
*I’ve been dying to read the second book in this series since it came out but for some reason haven’t gotten a chance to pick it up yet. I really want to find out what happens next, I adore this series!
3. The Silent Wife by A.S.A. Harrison
*I love psychological thrillers, and this sounds remarkable. Definitely one I need to get to soon!
4. White Hot Kiss by Jennifer L. Armentrout
*Umm, well we all know how much I love my paranormal boys and gargoyles?! I first encountered them in The Beautiful and the Cursed so I can’t wait to start this series.
5. Dangerous Boys by Abigail Haas
*I will admit, Dangerous Girls didn’t surprise me but I really liked the writing and the story so I’m interested to see how this one plays out and also if it will surprise me.

The Luxe  Bloodlines  Graceling  Far From You  Legend
6. The Luxe by Anna Godbersen
*Historical Gossip Girl type novel? Yes please! This sounds right up my alley and I plan on buying and reading the series in one swoop!
7. Bloodlines by Richelle Mead
*I need to start this series, like NOW! I adored Vampire Academy and I honestly cannot even come to a rational conclusion why I haven’t read this one yet.
8. Graceling by Kristin Cashore
*Since I’m on a fantasy kick lately this one has really piqued my interested. I love the covers of this series and the story just sounds amazing!!
9. Far From You by Tess Sharpe
*I thought this was going to be one of those books that I would pick up on release date, but obviously that didn’t happen so I hope to be able to read this one soon!
10. Legend by Marie Lu
*I never really gave this series a thought until the past year when the Christmas box sets were out and since they I really, really want to read it. I’m hoping they will have another boxed set this year so I can finally read it!

So those are my final choices 🙂 What are your picks this week?! Have you read any of these? What did you think??

    • YAYYY!!! I knew it would 🙂 Well if it wasn’t for you I probably wouldn’t even know what it was anyway doll!!! Oh, P.S. I’m about to start reading Until You’re Mine 🙂 🙂 🙂

    • YESSSSSS 🙂 It seems that everyone loves so many of my picks this week which THRILLS ME! Makes me want to read them even more. I need to get Dangerous Boys like so soon. I haven’t read a single review either to ruin the synopsis because I think that’s what happened with Dangerous Girls unfortunately. Well I peeked at ratings of course 😛

I’m excited that you loved Bloodlines. I’ve heard some people didn’t love that one, but I’m so addicted to that world I want more more more haha.

    • YES ! So glad to here that the characters are fabulous 🙂 So many books I’ve been reading lately have kinda “meh” characters and I THRIVE on characters lol.

AND DOUBLE YES! I will have to check out the Legend box set right freaking now. I always forget about Amazon for physical books (how strange eh because I die over Kindle), I’ve actually only ever had one order from their haha. I’m excited that it’s one of your favorite series also, we like the exact same books every time 🙂 🙂

    • Yes!! So glad to hear you love it 🙂 I will definitely be reading it, and the other books sounds amazing too… and it seems like they are actually companion(ish) novels?! Could be wrong on that lol

    • That’s such a good idea (about VA) … it’s such an amazing series, I almost wish that I hadn’t of bulk read the series like I did so I can get more of Rose & Dimitri!!

  1. I’ve read LUXE, and I must admit I was disappointed with how things ended. But if you are looking forward to the dresses, glamour, and Gossip Girl-ness, then I think you will like it! I definitely think it’s worth the read because of Henery ;D

You need to get on BLOODLINES, Lauren! it’s so good and there’s so much Adrian and eeeeek. Do you need any more reason than heaps of Adrian?

And you simply MUST read the LEGEND series. It is absolutely one of my all time favourite series, and the last book – CHAMPION – is one of my favourite books of all time. The characters and the story are fantastic, and I promise you won’t regret reading these books!

    • I am looking forward to the Gossip Girly-y ness, that’s what has drawn me to the series 😛

OMG I know, there isnt any other reason I need than more Adrian!! I’ve let it go so far now though haha, I have to devout a block of time so that I just binge read haha.

YES! I’m so happy to hear that you love Legend! I’ve been kind of drawing away from those types of books but for some reason I’m always drawn back to that one, so I definitely need to read it soon!!

  2. Ohh Dangerous Boys was so good! It wasn’t surprising like Dangerous Girls but a quieter, creepier type of thriller. I loved it! Haha YES, so glad I’m not the only one who hasn’t read bloodlines series yet! I obviously need to start it SOON!

    • YES! I’m not the only one (Bloodlines!), I seriously felt like just a lone soldier on that haha. I’m intrigued by Dangerous Boys… so intrigued.

    • Dangerous Girls is good, and almost everyone I know who read it LOVED it!! I’ve heard mixed things about Legend so I’m hoping I’m on the good side of it 🙂
