Top Ten Tuesday

I LOVEEEEE rereading, but I haven’t been doing as much as I would like to since I started blogging. I used to reread Harry Potter and The Devil Wears Prada every year, along with alot of my other chicklit books but I can’t say when was the last time I reread some of those old favorites! That being said, in the past few years I have added quite a few others to my potential reread pile… here are the ones that I would like to reread in the [very] near future!

The Art of Lainey  The Distance Between Us  We Were Liars  Fangirl  Anna and the French Kiss
1. The Art of Lainey by Paula Stokes
*This one was by far one of my favorites of 2014, and I’ve been itching to have a reread! I’m hoping I can fit one in the start of the new year 🙂
2. The Distance Between Us by Kasie West
*I NEED to reread this, like now. I adored it when I read it last Summer and I have a feeling I’m going to love it even more now!
3. We Were Liars by E. Lockhart
*This might be one of the few books that I didn’t totally love that’s on the list. I want to reread this because the ending totally threw me for a loop, and I’d love to reread from the perspective of knowing what happens at the end!
4. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
*I started Fangirl expecting to hate it, but ending completely in love with it. I want to experience all the feels that I got from this <3
5. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
*My first (and only) read of Anna was on audiobook so I’d love to read the physical version, and see if my experience is different!

Fall On Your Knees  Little Women  The Little House in the Big Woods  Paradise  anne of green gables
6. Fall On Your Knees by Ann-Marie MacDonald
*Fall On Your Knees is one of my favorite historical fictions, it’s so dark and gothic. I haven’t reread this one in years so I’m itching to pick it up soon!
7. Little Women (series) by Louisa May Alcott
*I reread Little Women so many times when I was a child that the entire inside part fell out of the book into pieces. Eventually my copy was just unable to be read and I had to settle for borrowing it from the library. I can honestly say I have reread this one at least 50 times! I love this new cover and I will be purchasing this version and promptly rereading 🙂
8. Little House in the Big Woods (series) by Laura Ingalls Wilder
*I absolutely love Laura Ingalls! I’ve loved the show, all of the series and I want to revisit it. Hopefully I will get to at least the first book soon!
9. Paradise by Judith McNaught
*I used to reread this book once every Winter and I haven’t in atleast 6 years! I will definitely be rereading this one this upcoming Winter 🙂
10. Anne of Green Gables (series) by L.M. Montgomery
*I haven’t read Anne since I was a child, and I’m almost certain that I haven’t read the entire series. Or if I did I cannot remember. I plan on rereading the entire series this winter and I cannot wait!

What were your picks this week?! Do you like rereading, or do you not normally reread?! Link up please 🙂

  1. Sam @ The Little Munchkin Reader

I totally have to agree with you on many of these, especially Anna and the French Kiss.

  2. I haven’t read Little Women since I was a child – so I would love to reread that sometime in the future. I’ve only read Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell and wasn’t so keen! – but I still want to give Fangirl a go, I have the feeling that I will enjoy it much more. I’d also like to read Anne of Green Gables 🙂

Hope you get to reread some of these soon!

  3. I definitely need to reread Little Women, I’m sure I’d love it more now than I did when I was younger. I just finished reading Isla and the Happily Ever After today and all the feels from that book is making me really want to reread Anna soon, I just adore that book so much.

  4. Oh my gosh, I haven’t read Little Women since I was probably 9-years-old! I really, really desperately need to add that to my list. Laura Ingalls books too! They were some of my favorites growing up and I read them dozens of times. There was so much about them that was just simple and sweet and innocent. Plus, you know, Almanzo later on. 😀

I need to add The Art of Lainey to my 2015-tbr shelf so I won’t forget about it. It looks so cute and fluffy!
