Great post! Most of these villains would be on my list too. There are a couple of these I haven’t read yet. Definitely need to read the Maze Runner series.

The creepiest I’ve “encountered” is the one from Defiance. He’s like a mushroom sprouting here, there, and everywhere, spreading his doom. Amazing villain. 😀
