There! Phew … it’s a lot of tasks but I’m hoping to clear out a lot of them. Since I’m moving in May this might be the only weekend that I really have time to sit down and get some of this stuff done so I will be working hard to get as much completed as possible. I know once I get a lot of these things done I will feel generally more organized with the blog and it get the ball rolling for continuous scheduling again!
What are your goals? Please link up!
Hope you kick butt on Bloggiesta this week! I need to update my old reviews, but there are sooo many. :/
Thanks Katrina 😀 😀 I know… it’s so daunting isn’t it??? I hope to get a bit done, but I don’t expect to do them all. I have a lot … this will probably be on my next list as well haha.
Dang girl that is a long list of things to do! I’m always so impressed with bloggers that can schedule out months in advance. How do you do it??? Tell me your secrets! I schedule one week at a time. Normally on Sundays, I sit down and write/schedule all posts for the week. I wish I could be so far ahead. But there’s no way. I’m way too busy with work, talking to my family, and trying to do other things too. Like going to all the cool events DC has to offer. Good luck on getting all this done! You can do it girl!
Well Rebecca… I don’t do it haha. I used to be really good at it, and would sit down and continuously schedule out but I haven’t had ANY time lately. Work is so busy plus we are moving and it’s just CHAOS in my life. Oh, and tv distracts me haha. Hopefully I can do it this time around so I can be a bit more organized. Honestly, I feel less anxious when I’m scheduled …. I am an extremely anxious person 😛 lol
Wowee, that is quite a list. I won’t even say how many outstanding reviews I have to write. I have a few housekeeping type items I want to fix so my list is rather short. Good luck, I look forward to the tips from an organizer posts, I am always trying to get organized!
Thanks Tanya!!!
I will be excited to finally have them written. Despite them being my favorite posts, they are incredibly, incredibly time consuming to draft. A few hours easy for one of them so this is the time to get it all done 🙂
Good luck with your list – I’m looking forward to reading your We Were Liars review. I just scheduled my review today to a couple of weeks before it’s published. 🙂
Also finished with Prisoner of Night and Fog tonight and LOVED IT!
OOH!! I’m so excited to read yours too Milka! It was definitely a surprising read, that’s for sure 😛 I can’t wait to see everyone’s reviews start to pop up because I’ve seen a ton of different ratings across the board!!
YES! I’m so happy to hear that you loved Prisoner of Night and Fog, that’s definitely one of my most anticipated April releases!!
I love Bloggiesta but, alas, I am two weeks shy of finishing my coursework, so I will be working on schoolwork this weekend. *sigh* BUT, I totally want to participate next time around … my review page is SO outdated, and I think I have about a year’s worth of reviews to cross-post to Goodreads. ooooooooooooooooops. Plus, I was super ahead at the beginning of the year, and now I’m posting week by week again. Double ooooooooooooooops!
YES! That’s so awesome that you are almost done your coursework!!!
Scheduling is the main thing for me too… I used to be awesome at this and now I SUCK. Like sometimes, I’m the night before… ugh.
I hope you get to participate next time around Melissa 🙂
Good luck and I hope you reach your goals.
Thanks Melinda 🙂
Should have added Feedly to my goals. I have been pretty good about keeping up this week, actually besides the chat and comments, that’s the only thing I really did yesterday. 🙂 Good luck on all of your goals!
Thanks Kristen! It always seems to end up on my goals list every time!! I fall behind at least once a month with Feedly, I subscribe to SOOO many blogs 😛
Lauren, your list truly amazes me! I dream of being that efficient (and I’ll be eagerly awaiting the Tips from an Organizer posts!)
I’m focusing on housekeeping this weekend, because I’m planning to write reviews as part of the monster reviewathon next week, but even if I spent all of this weekend and all next week writing reviews, I still don’t think I could get that many reviews done! (Although admittedly, I’m now wondering how many I could challenge myself to get done…)
Good luck with all your goals and enjoy your weekend 🙂
Awe thanks Faith 🙂 I most likely will not get it all done though, lol. My eyes are always bigger than my Bloggiesta stomach when I make these lists!! The main things are scheduling for me though… I hate scrambling the night before to draft posts!
I think you should challenge yourself for the review writing 🙂 I’m not sure if I will get all of these written as well, (and I actually have even more but they are so OLD now haha) but I like attempting to!
I hope you accomplish all your goals too 😀 😀
Awesome progress! Also, love your layout!
Thank you Melody 🙂
