Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews where you showcase all of the books you received for the week, whether it be physical or electronic books!
Happy New Year everyone 🙂 I’m really sorry for the lack of activity the last couple of days(replying to comments and visiting back your WoW posts)… I got sick with the worst head cold I’ve had in years. I still am a bit sick but thankfully feeling much better. One bonus was that I got so much reading done these past couple of days-I’m actually 2 books ahead now in my Goodreads challenge already, lol. Today is also going to be a big reading day and “blog” day because I still need to relax and rest so I will feel normal when I go back to work on Monday. I didn’t go to the book store this week with being sick(and that’s probably a good thing!!) but I managed to grab some good ebook deals 😉

I read Abandon a while ago, but I cant remember what happened xD I vaguely remember some sort of Greek mythology sub pot and it must have been good because I have the sequel on my Nook 😀 And I keep on buying alot of eBooks since I’m seeing so many good deals and like you said it’s doing nothing to help my review pile O_O Great haul, and I hope you enjoy your books!!
Thanks Kaina! It’s disastrous to my read pile… but yet I can’t stop picking them up, haha. It’s one of those vicious cycles.
I also picked up the Callie and Kayden book last week. I am really excited to read that one. Enjoy all your books. Happy reading 🙂
I just heard about it from the 2012 posts!! I am really into the new adult “trend/genre” so I’m excited to get started – the cover is awesome too!! Thanks for stopping in Quinn.
It’s always nice to get ahead of your Goodreads challenge, isn’t it? If you’re anything like me, you always manage to fall pretty far behind at least one time a year!
Hope you get to feeling better!
Oh I absolutely fall behind at some point! I’m usually always full steam ahead in the new year and then kind of burn out for a bit, lol. Atleast this will give me a bit of leeway to have that happen haha.
I am feeling better now, thanks so much 😀
I want to read Abandon, but just can’t find the time! I also received A Shade of Vampire for review and am planning on reading it at the end of the month, or at least that’s when I have it penciled in. I have another author request book to get to first.
Happy reading! 🙂
Oh jeez… I feel your pain, I can’t find the time for any of them haha. I’m actually really excited to read A Shade of Vampire… I’m really loving indie novels lately and I enjoy reading books that don’t necassarily have a ton of hype around them.
Thanks for stopping in Merin 🙂
Just added The Coincidence of Callie & Kayden to my TBR list. How did I not hear of that book before. It looks amazing. Love the cover. I own Abandon in hardcover, need to read it. And Ive heard amazing things about Hopeless. Awesome haul and happy reading 🙂
I felt like that too when I seen it! If it wasn’t for 2012 lists, I dont think I would have discovered half of the awesome books I’ve picked up lately!! Thanks for stopping in Jennifer!
Ooooo, Abandon! And Hopeless! And something by Jessica Sorensen!!! Nice haul!!! I liked Abandon, and I also got Hopeless this week! Can’t wait to read your thoughts on all of them!

Thanks for following Alyssa! Hopeless is talked about EVERYWHERE recently so I can’t wait to get started 🙂
Those New Adult novels look good. I have been hearing good things about Coincidence. Hope you enjoy your haul!
Thanks Jenna 🙂 I’m really getting into New Adult now… they are such easy to read novels!
