O.W.L’S Magical Readathon 2020 – Wrap Up

Phew! Against all odds I completed my O.W.L’s for my career of Alchemist. I didn’t quite stick with my original TBR as I couldn’t get into a few of the books at the end and I knew if I had to push myself to read them I wouldn’t complete them. Instead I decided to add House of Earth and Blood into the mix with two days to finish… but I DID IT, with barely any time to spare to midnight I finished 🙂

I’m nervous about the N.E.W.T’s in April but hopefully, I can build myself a schedule and it will work out a little less stressful come the end of the month!

Here are the final results of my O.W.L’s (stay tuned for full reviews upcoming this month):

Ancient Runes: The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith ★★★
Arithmancy: Open Book by Jessica Simpson ★★★★★
Astronomy: Woman on the Edge by Samantha M. Bailey ★★★
Care of Magical Creatures: House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas ★★★★★
Charms: The Clockmaker’s Daughter by Kate Morton ★★★
Defense Against the Dark Arts: The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware ★★★
Divination: The Wife Stalker by Liv Constantine ★★★★
Herbology: Mud Vein by Tarryn Fisher ★★★★
History of Magic: The Bane Chronicles by Cassandra Clare ★★★★
Muggle Studies: The Hating Game by Sally Thorne ★★★★
Potions: Opal by Maggie Stiefvater ★★★★
Transfiguration: City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare ★★★★★

I read some fantastic books and with only one major disappointment so it was a great reading month overall!

Did you participate in the O.W.L’s? If so, what career did you complete?
