Stacking the Shelves (6)

Posted August 11, 2012 by Lauren in Uncategorized / 23 Comments

Hi Everyone! Hope you’re having a good weekend. It’s rainy and cloudy here today and I loveeee it 🙂 My favorite type of weather so I’ve been curled up with my cat, books and some tea for the good part of the day.

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews where you showcase all of the books you received that week, whether it be physical books or electronic books!

*No photo this week guys, since it’s cloudy and I take them on my tablet, it’s just not showing up right.

    • To be entirely honest I downloaded Become because I loved the cover 🙂 lol

I am really looking forward to City of Glass, I’m reading City of Ashes right now and I do like it, just not as much as the first so I’m happy to hear that City of Glass is so good!

      Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I loved City of Glass! I totally agree with Isabelle’s comment, it has been my favorite in the Mortal Instruments series so far. Great haul! 😉 Happy reading, Lauren!

  2. Hey i’m a new follower :). That’s a great haul !
I’m a huge fan of The Mortal Instruments series. City of Glass is my favorite in this series :). I read the fifth book City of lost souls two months ago and I can’t believe we need to wait until 2014 to read the final book :/.
I hope you’ll enjoy reading all these books. Happy reading !

    • Thanks!
I know I hate when the books are so far apart in the series… like the final book in the Divergent series(although atleast that is closer release than 2014!).
      Thanks for stopping by!

    • The Gathering will be the first Kelley Armstrong book for me 🙂 She has so many books, I’ve got to get more as they all seem like great reads.

I just started reading City of Bones and am really enjoying it so far. Can’t wait to read the rest. Love the covers. I have been seeing Become around a bit. It looks intriguing. Think I might need to check it out. Enjoy your books!

    • City of Bones was awesome, I really enjoyed it. I am such a sucker for covers… it’s a downfall I have because a lot of the books I have are solely because of covers :S Which is a good thing, if they turn out good 😉
Thanks for following Tammy! I’m on my way over to check out your blog now 😀
