Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews where you showcase all of the books you received for the week, whether it be physical or electronic books!
I am so freakin excited for this weekend 🙂 Tonight is my work Christmas party so I’ll be spending the entire day running around doing last-minute errands, having some wine, getting ready(my favorite part?!) and then enjoying the party! I love dressing up and I don’t do it often enough so I’m looking forward to that the most! Pictures will be posted on Instragram!
Not a big haul this week at all. I got one review book, and two ebooks. I’m doing a read a long with Rola for Code Name Verity because she just started it as well so I picked that up and then of course… another angel book sucked me in 😛
Physical Books
None this week!!
Code Name Verify by Elizabeth Wein

Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton
*Purchased on Kobo
Dash & Lily’s Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn & David Levithan

Happy Reading!

Angelfire was a little too violent for my tastes. Heard very good things about Code Name Verity. Come visit me as well.

Sorry to hear you didn’t like Angelfire.. I haven’t even picked it up yet so I can’t comment, lol.
I’ve heard nothing but good things about Code Name Verity as well!!

Oooh — great books! I borrowed Code Name Verity from the library, but had to return it before I had a chance to read it. I’ve heard great things though, so I look forward to reading your review! And I’ve heard that Dash & Lily is one of the best winter reads so I hope that you enjoy that one as well =)
Thanks Melissa! At first I didn’t want to read Code Name Verity because I thought it would be too sad but now I’m really excited to read it(I’m actually starting it this evening).
I’ve heard so many things about Dash & Lily’s too! I feel like I’m the only person who hasn’t read it yet but I’m glad to know I’m not lol. I’m in a wintery mood so this came at the perfect time!
I’ve wanted to read Angelfire for a while now. I guess I’m going to have to get on that soon because the final novel comes out next year! I hope you really enjoy it. 🙂

Don’t you hate that panic that sets in knowing you are late on a series and the final book is coming? lol. I am experiencing that right now… with about 30 different series, haha. Angelfire is actually on sale on Amazon & Kobo!!!
Dash and Lily’s book of Dares and Angelfire both look really good. I’m a new Linky follower:)

Happy reading 🙂
Thanks Quinn!! I am on a contemporary kick right now so it’s the best time for me to get it… and just in time for Christmas 🙂
I really liked Angelfire, couldn’t put it down and I’ve heard the sequels are just as good. I’ve heard nothing but mind-blowing praise for Code Name Verity, it just sounds like one of those books that everyone should read.
Have fun at your Christmas party and happy reading! 😀
My Stacking the Shelves
Need to read all of these!! I just got the third book to Angelfire, so I’ll have to start that series soon. I’m craving more from David Levithan after finishing Every Day…Dash and Lily might have to fill that craving! 😀 Enjoy all your new goodies!
I’ve heard really great things about Angelfire and Code Name Variety. They both look like awesome books. Happy Reading and Happy Holidays 😀
