Top Ten 2013 Debuts I’m Looking Forward To
What a perfect topic! I’m participating the Debut Author’s Challenge this year so I have a TON of debuts I’m sooo excited for! 2013 has so many amazing releases, I cannot remember a year before that I was excited for this many releases of books let along debut’s!
Pivot Point by Kasie West
The Nightmare Affair by Mindee Arnett
The Ruining by Anna Collomore
The S Word by Chelsea Pitcher
Truth or Dare by Jacqueline Green
Another Little Piece by Kate Karyus Quinn
The Murmurings by Carly Anne West
The Last Academy by Anne Applegate
Parallel by Lauren Miller
Mila 2.0 by Debra Driza
I’ve mentioned almost all of those before, but they need more mention: they look amazing! I can’t wait to read them(I already have a few of them as ARCS) 🙂 What I also like about these ten is that there is something from every genre. In the past I’ve been known to stick to one sub genre and over read the heck out of it but lately I’ve been jumping around from paranormal to contemporary to dystopian and so on. I’ve found that I don’t get into a reading slump if I alternate the type of books I’m reading plus I’ve become interested in new genres that way! Anyhow… I am just dying for all of these 😀
What are your picks?
Happy Reading!

Seriously the Nightmare Affair looks awesome! It’s going to be such a great book year 🙂
I know… 2013 might just be my favorite book year so far!!!! 😀
Great picks! I’m a sucker for cool covers, and these rock! Especially love the sound of The Last Academy, so hope you’re able to read them all!
The Last Academy is probably one of my favs! I love boarding school stories so I can’t wait to pick it up 😀
Pivot Point was my Waiting on Wednesday pick for last week. Great list!
Check out my TTT.

I just found out about Parallel through the TTT lists & it looks so good! 🙂 My TTT list: http://aliceinreaderland.wordpress.com/2013/01/14/debuts/

I only recently found out about Parallel too but now I’m hooked on wanting to read it, lol. Thanks for stopping by Alice!
The S Word sounds like it could be heart wrenching.
I think it probably will.. I’m going to hold off on that one until I’m in a specific mood for it, lol.
I love the diversity of your choices.
