What a great topic. I love serious books… issue books… touch subjects but sometimes you just NEED something fluffy, something that will allow you to just read and enjoy. I did have a hard time finding ten though because I don’t usually read a lot of light and fun books although I like them. Here is what I came up with… and I only came up with ten so PLEASE suggestions 😀

I am so glad I wasn’t the only one that struggled this week! I don’t read a lot of contemporary, which seems to be on many lists for this topic!! I ended up just focusing on the word FUN. And… oh my goodness…. LAUREN CONRAD. I used to watch The Hills and every time I see that book I have a moment of weakness where I almost give in to the temptation, but so far I’ve held back. Was it any good?! haha
I have started to read contemporary the last couple of months and love it but it’s definitely not LIGHT and FUN haha. I actually liked her series… it’s certainly not thought provoking and the greatest book ever but it’s fun and enjoyable.
I had a really hard time with this topic, too. You need to read Audrey, Wait! by Robin Benway, though. That one is amazing. I didn’t put it on my list – I went with her newest book, Also Known As, instead – but she’s seriously a fantastic author. Definitely check her out!

Another one here having a hard time coming up with light and fun. Did love Dash and Lily but am not sure it would be a book I would read a second time 🙂
I LOVE Dash & Lily haha. It’s actually one of those books(for me) that I will reread 😀 It seems that there were a lot of people who had a hard time this week… glad I’m not the only one!!
I haven’t read any of these. I’ll have to add them to the pile. I had a hard time coming up with mine also.

Oh I definitely struggled with this one as well. Have you read any of Perkins’s books? Or E. Lockhart and Maureen Johnson? They all write some pretty good books on the lighter side.
NO!! This is horrible… I feel like am under read lol. I want to read Perkin’s books though.. I’ve heard sooo much about them!
